“Impeach him” Maraga now tells parliament after hitting on Uhuru

Former CJ Maraga says President Uhuru should appoint the six judges he rejected and take the matter of their suitability to the Judicial Service Commission for determination.

These judges have been condemned unheard, in the eyes of the public, these are the corrupt judges the President was talking about.

The list of 34 judges appointed by president Uhuru Kenyatta was altered

If the President and IEBC followed the law the Courts couldn’t have nullified the elections

We may never have a Judiciary if Pres. UHURU KENYATTA continues to undermine it’s function

Former CJ David Maraga also said he agrees with the contents of Willy Mutunga’s letter to president Kenyatta on failure to appoint the 6 judges .

“With all the court orders issued, the President is adamant and saying that he will not take the easy way. The constitution has not given the intelligence the power to appoint judges, the views of the intelligence have their place.” ~ Maraga finished by saying
