Embakasi East MP Babu Owino is optimistic that Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko is able to transform the City.

“If Sonko called you today and asked for your help what would you do?” Citizen journalist Waihiga Mwaura asked Babu during the interview.
“I would give him ideas –for instance the issue of garbage I would tell him to devolve the issue of garbage collection to each ward. Create employment to those in the wards to do this job and it will be done perfectly. Also, ensure that you supervise,” the MP said.
Mr Owino warned Sonko against giving the jobs to cartel noting that he ought to be firm.
“You need to stand strong against cartel whether. You cannot complain every time about cartels,” Babu said.
