The examination of 100 Most Influential Young Africans was done by Avance Media in collaboration with African Youth Awards.

The organisers picked personalities from twenty-five countries, including Tanzania that featured seven young people.

Nigeria had the highest number of featured young Africans (31), followed by Kenya (11), Ghana (10) and South Africa (5).

“This publication is a testament to the remarkable resilience and potential of Africa’s young people and a celebration of their determination to make a positive impact in their communities,”  Avance Media Founder and Managing Director Prince Akpah noted.

Among the prominent people who were featured include Nigerian acts Tems, Wizkid, Davido, Omah Lay, Kizz Daniel and Ghana’s YouTuber Wode Maya.

The list of honour also featured Tanzanian Bongo stars Zuchu and Mbosso who are both known across the East African Community.

“We hope this list will inspire more young people to take on leadership roles and to continue to make a positive impact in their communities.

It also serves as a platform for recognition, networking, and collaboration, allowing these young people to drive change and make a lasting impact on the continent,” Prince Akpah.
