Junet Mohamed has been considered to be Raila’s confidant throughout his political career.
Standing side by side with the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Party leader, the politician has always shown allegiance to Raila by defending him on numerous occasions against any opposition.
Ever since the handshake between President Uhuru and Raila, the two parties which had been at loggerheads began to mend fences.
Recently, he was on the forefront as the co-chair of the secretariat to the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI).
He along with his counterpart, Daniel Waweru presented millions of signatures to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
